We’re here to help you increase your muscle definition and strength, especially in your core, and improve your total flexibility and balance. Whether you are a beginner or advanced student, our instructors are dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals.

A lot of our classes are Pilates Reformer, while others offer a combination of Barre + Reformer. You will find a variety of classes that are perfect for your needs and interests.

Individual Private Sessions

  • Private sessions are tailored to your needs and goals. You will have the one-on-one attention of a highly experienced instructor, and the use of all of the apparatus. Your session will be designed to make the most of every minute. Whether you are recovering from an injury, seeking nutrition consulting, or just want to focus on your fitness, we will make sure your experience is top notch.

Pilates New Braunfels, Barre New Braunfels

Introductory Private Session

  • If you have never tried Pilates before, then starting with a private session is the perfect way to become oriented with the equipment and learn proper form. If you are pregnant or suffer from back pain, starting with a private can help you learn the proper modifications to make your classes even more enjoyable. Let us help you begin your Pilates journey!

Duets & Private Groups

  • A duet private (2-person) session or group private (3-12 people) session is an effective way to get all the benefits of a private session.

    A duet is perfect if you’re interested in working out with a spouse or friend. You get a individualized custom-made program that addresses the needs of both people.

    A private group is a fun way to celebrate a special event, or enjoy a specialized class with your friends and family. You get to choose how you want your class! Do you prefer all barre? Or a little bit of everything? You got it. Let us make your gathering extra awesome!
