Out of respect for all clients and our small class sizes, we honor a generous but strict 12 hour cancelation period, regardless of the circumstance. Classes may be canceled without penalty if they do not fall within the 12 hour window. If you are within 12 hours of your booked class and you need to cancel, the class will be forfeit and no refund will be issued. Students with an unlimited membership will incur a $15 fee per late-cancel or now-show.

Private Sessions follow the same 12 hour notice of cancelation policy.

Membership Cancellations or Downgrades require 30 days notice. Email info@pilatesbarrenb.com. Memberships cannot be changed or cancelled online. Memberships cannot be shared or prorated.

There are no fees to start or stop memberships.

Memberships can be frozen for up to 60 days per year. Classes do not roll over from month-to-month.

Please email info@pilatesbarrenb.com BEFORE the date of your renewal to request a hold on your membership.

COVID Related Cancellations: As we know, Covid has affected all of us in recent years both personally and in our businesses. We know that sicknesses arise, however, each student is responsible for cancelling their class in a timely manner. Our cancelation policy remains the same: Classes may be canceled without penalty if they do not fall within the 12 hour window. Purchases of Single Classes or Packages, are non-refundable, but are transferrable. Please contact us for more details.
