• We welcome first time students in all of our classes, so pick a format that sounds like fun to you! The instructor will make sure that each student is getting the perfect challenge. For example, the instructor may start with an exercise on the knees, then give an option for students to come up to their their feet, if that’s the challenge they want. Modifications are always given so that each student gets a safe and effective workout.

We also recommend that a first time student start with an Introductory Private Session to become oriented to the equipment and learn proper form. This will make your class experience even better. Otherwise our Fit & Form class is a great option to start with!

  • Wear comfortable workout-type clothing that you can easily move in. We require socks to be worn (no toeless); the kind with the grip on the bottom are ideal. We also sell them at the studio.

Bring a bottle of water too! You will have your own space to keep your items next to you.

  • Very soon! We are just opening, so the schedule will fill out quickly as we grow. Our goal is to have classes every hour throughout the day. If you are looking for a certain time, please let us know!

  • No, we do not have childcare in this facililty.

  • We welcome children as young as 12 years old! Pilates and Barre is a fantastic way to teach young adults coordination, overall fitness, and focus.

First Time Students:

  • Waitlists are available for popular classes and times. Once you purchase the class, you will be added to the waitlist. If the class does not become available, you will not be charged. If an opening becomes available within 12 hours of the class, you will be contacted by text/email to confirm your spot before being charged.

Since we will not automatically add you to a class if a spot opens up INSIDE the 12 hour window, we encourage you to keep an eye out for spots that open up so you can add yourself.

IMPORTANT!! When booking yourself into a waitlist in Momence, you MUST choose “MEMBERSHIP” and not “card” or else your spot will not be held using your membership or bundle credits (and you will have a single class charge). If you do not have a membership or bundle, then you must pay to be on the waitlist.

  • Out of respect for all clients and our small class sizes, we honor a generous but strict 12 hour cancelation period. Classes may be canceled without penalty if they do not fall within the 12 hour window. If you are within 12 hours of your booked class and you need to cancel or do not show, the class will be forfeit. If you are on an unlimited membership, there is a $15 fee for missing or late-canceling.

  • MEMBERSHIPS CANNOT BE CHANGED OR CANCELED ONLINE.

If you wish to change the TYPE of membership you have during your contracted active membership, you must contact us at info@PilatesBarreNB.com to request this change.

**If you are downgrading your membership, there is a 30 days notice needed

If you purchase a new membership, this does not cancel out your current one. Please contact us to take care of this for you! Remember, if you are downgrading your membership, 30 days notice is required.

  • Memberships MUST be canceled by emailing info@PilatesBarreNB.com

Memberships MUST be given 30 days notice of cancelation. PLEASE NOTE THE START DATE OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP! Take into account that you cannot expect your membership to be cancelled BEFORE 30 days. So if your date of renewal falls within that 30 day period, you will have one more automatic payment to pay.

Any future classes scheduled under your membership will be canceled if your subscription is not active.

  • You may freeze your membership by emailing your request to info@PilatesBarreNB.com BEFORE your next billing date.

Memberships can be frozen for up to 60 days per year. Note: freezing will cancel the all future bookings made with this membership, and it may change your future billing date.

  • We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express or Discover, CashApp and Venmo.

Cash or checks are also welcome!
